Who processes your data
AI features route through third-party model providers acting on our behalf:
- xAI Grok — primary provider (Responses API and chat completions).
- Kimi (Moonshot AI) — fallback when Grok is not configured or unavailable.
- Brave Search — supplementary, city-filtered web snippets for comp research.
What data is sent
- Listing text, agent emails, and listing URLs you paste or import.
- Walkthrough photos you upload, when you ask AI to draft a scope of work.
- Receipt images and text, when you use receipt OCR.
- Limited project context needed to answer the request you made.
Data is sent only when you invoke an AI feature — never in the background.
Web CMA performs live web search
When you run a Web CMA, the AI performs live web searches on your behalf — comparable sales, market data, and listing sources — before structuring a comp memo. Expect it to take a minute or two, and treat the result as research to verify, not an appraisal.
Drafts, always
Every AI output is a draft until you explicitly accept it. Money fields never silent-write. There are no fully-autonomous actions: the AI cannot send offers, change budgets, or message anyone without you.
Your controls
AI features are optional per feature and capped by plan-level usage limits. Workspace owners and admins can review a history of AI queries. Avoid pasting personal data about third parties into AI prompts.
