Do I need a credit card to start?
No. Create a workspace, run sample or real deals, and upgrade when AI limits or team seats matter.
Will AI change my numbers without asking?
No. AI only produces drafts. You accept into the project, edit in the calculator, or discard. Money fields never silent-write.
Is this only for fix-and-flip?
Flips are core, but BRRRR, wholesale, and buy-and-hold are first-class. Rehabfolio is the portfolio system for every rehab deal.
Can my GC or partner join?
Yes on Team and Business. Invite by email, set roles, share projects without sharing your whole book.
How is this different from PropStream / spreadsheets?
Data tools find leads. Spreadsheets track pieces. Rehabfolio is where you underwrite, run pipeline, control rehab budget, and close, with AI that drafts, not decides.
How do team invites work?
Invite anyone by email from your workspace settings. They get a link, sign in (or create an account), and land in your workspace with the role you picked — owner, admin, member, or viewer. Invite links expire after 7 days; seat limits are re-checked when the invite is accepted.
Can I export my data?
Yes. Reports render as print-ready PDFs, tables export to CSV, project updates can be shared through public read-only links, and the public API (fc_live_ keys) gives read-only access to your workspace data for your own tooling. Your numbers stay yours.
What happens when billing launches?
Early access ends and paid plans lock in — we will notify you before anything changes, and payment collection is not configured yet. You can cancel anytime, and your data stays in your workspace either way.
