Will AI change my numbers without asking?
No. AI only produces drafts. You accept a draft into the project, edit it in the calculator, or discard it. Rehabfolio never changes your money fields silently.
Is Rehabfolio only for fix-and-flip projects?
No. Fix-and-flip is core, while BRRRR, wholesale, buy-and-hold, and new construction are supported from the same property workspace.
Can my contractor or partner join?
Yes. Paid plans support private portal workflows, and Team and Business support workspace seats and roles so you can control what each collaborator can access.
How is Rehabfolio different from data tools or spreadsheets?
Data tools help find leads and spreadsheets track pieces. Rehabfolio connects underwriting, pipeline, rehab estimating, budgets, tasks, documents, and reports around one property record.
How do team invites work?
Invite a person by email from workspace settings and assign an owner, admin, member, or viewer role. Invite links expire after 7 days and seat limits are checked when accepted.
Can I export my data?
Yes. Reports render as print-ready PDFs, tables export to CSV, project updates can use public read-only links, and integrations can use webhooks. Your numbers remain yours.
How does the 14-day trial work?
Choosing a paid plan starts a 14-day Stripe trial. A card is required at checkout, and the recurring price is charged after the trial unless you cancel first.
