Create an account with email
Create a free Rehabfolio workspace with your name, email, and a password. No card is required.
Who it is for
This path is for a flipper, a landlord, or a small company opening their own Rehabfolio workspace. You pick an email you can open and a password you will remember. The workspace starts on the Free plan, which is $0 a month, with 1 user and 2 active projects.
Choose this path when you want a password on the account from the first minute. Google is on the same page if you would rather skip a password. A tenant, contractor, lender, or investor who was only given a portal link should use the portal sign-in page instead of creating a workspace.
Before you start
- An email you can open. Rehabfolio uses it for sign-in and for the verification message.
- A password of at least 8 characters that includes one letter and one number.
- Free is $0, with 1 user and 2 active projects. This form does not ask for a card.
Steps
Open Create account
Go to rehabfolio.com and click Start free at the top right. The page eyebrow says Create account. The heading is Start free in under a minute. The line under it says you can set up your first deal with email and password, or Google.
Choose Individual or Company
Individual is subtitled Solo investor / flipper. Company is subtitled Team / LLC / fund. A company account adds Company name and changes Email to Work email. The submit button then reads Create company account.
Fill in name, email, and password
Type Your full name, Email, Password, and Confirm password. The password box placeholder says 8+ characters, with a letter and a number. Click Show to check the typing, then Hide to cover it. Confirm password shows the placeholder Re-enter password.
Create the free account
Click Create free account. The button changes to Creating your account… while it saves. The fine print says No card is required to create an account. A new workspace opens welcome setup.
Continue into setup
Rehabfolio keeps you signed in on this browser for 30 days and sends you to Getting started. Pick a goal there before you save a property. You can confirm the email later, when a feature asks for it.
What the fields mean
Your full name is the name shown on the account menu and on activity rows. The box placeholder is Alex Rivera. Email is what you will type on Sign in. A company account calls that field Work email and also requires Company name, with the placeholder Rivera Capital LLC.
Password and Confirm password have to match. Rehabfolio stops the form when the password is shorter than 8 characters, or when it has no letter, or when it has no number. The message is Password must be at least 8 characters and include a letter and a number. Different boxes produce Passwords do not match. A blank password produces Enter your password.
Individual and Company both create a Free workspace: $0 a month, 1 user, and 2 active projects. Solo is $69 a month for 1 user and 50 active projects. Team is $179 a month for 5 users and 100 active projects. Business is $349 a month with unlimited users and projects. None of those paid plans are chosen on this form.
Continue with Google sits above the divider or email & password. The agreement line links to Terms and Privacy. Already have an account? links to Sign in.
Tips and troubleshooting
- When the email is already on file, the page says If an account exists for this email, we sent the next step. Otherwise check your details and try again. Open that mail, or sign in with email and password.
- A missing name says Enter your full name. A company account with a blank company says Enter your company name. A bad address says Enter a valid email address.
- If Google is unavailable, the page says Google is not configured yet. Create your account with email and password below.
- A feature that needs a confirmed inbox says Confirm your email first. Check your inbox for the verification link, then try again.
- Free includes 2 active projects. Free and Solo are single-seat. Upgrade to Team to invite teammates.
- If the browser cannot reach Rehabfolio, the page says Could not reach the server. Check your connection and try again.
What to do next
Choose the first job in choose a setup goal, then save an address in add the first property in setup. To use Google on this same form, follow sign in with Google. Paid plans are covered in start a paid plan.
